Vacancies available for 2020! Enquiries welcome!

Rated in May 2017 as Exceeding National Quality Standards in all seven Quality Areas!

Aldgate Kindergarten is located in the Adelaide Hills, just a few minutes from the freeway between Stirling and Bridgewater.

Though we are co-located with Aldgate Primary School, children transition to several local government and non-government schools each year. We are managed separately by the preschool director and the Aldgate Kindergarten governing council.

After consultation with 2019 families, we are trialing different Kindergarten groups in 2020 - your child can attend either Mondays and Wednesdays, or Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is intended to allow children a rest between their long Kindergarten days. This may change in 2021 - please check with the director.

Kindergarten families are able to access the Aldgate Primary School’s Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program as a separate enrollment.

To assist children and families with their transition to our Kindergarten, we invite you to attend our very popular Playgroup (suitable for babies, toddlers and preschoolers) on Fridays during term time, 9:00-10:30 a.m.

We also offer a transition program with complimentary visits towards the end of term 4 each year. Early entry to preschool can be discussed with the director (to provide a longer transition) for children with additional needs.

If you are interested in taking a tour of our Kindergarten, please contact us to make a mutually convenient time.

We hope to see you soon!

Bianca Stanbridge, director (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
Hayley Schroeder, director (Thursdays)
